Simo is at a pre-MVP, partner-led stage. The only information we ask for is what you choose to give us through the request-access form:

• Name — so we know who we are speaking with.
• Work email — so we can reply.
• Company and role — to understand your finance team's context.
• Your message — anything you'd like us to know.

We do not ask for, or want, any of your financial data through this website. The product handles financial data only inside a deployed engagement, under that engagement's terms — see Security.

We use what you share for one purpose: to talk with you about early access and whether a design-partner engagement is a fit. A real person reads every request and follows up. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or automated decisions.

We use privacy-first, cookieless analytics to understand which pages are useful. It does not set tracking cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you across other sites. Where any cookie-based analytics are introduced, we will ask for clear opt-in consent first, with an equal-weight option to decline.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers we use to operate the form and reply to you (for example, our email and form-handling tools), under agreements that limit them to processing on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.

We keep request-access details only as long as needed to have the conversation and, if relevant, to begin an engagement. If a conversation does not progress, you can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the information you have shared, and to object to or restrict its use. To exercise any of these, email us — we will respond promptly.

We handle your details with care and limit access to those who need it to reply to you. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we keep the surface small and the data minimal by design.
